Free Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping to over 60 countries worldwide when you purchase three (3) or more items in a single order.
Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.
Shipping Methods
Express Shipping
Orders are delivered via UPS, DHL, or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days.
For certain destinations or addresses, EMS may be used at our discretion.
Standard Shipping
Orders are shipped via China Post and USPS, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 weeks.
Special Line Shipping (Singapore & Malaysia)
Orders shipped to Singapore and Malaysia may be sent via a dedicated shipping line, with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days.
Order Processing & Handling
Processing Time
- Ready stock items: Ship within 3–5 business days
- Preorder items: Ship on the stated release date or as noted in the product description
- Mixed orders: If your order includes both ready stock and preorder items, the entire order will be shipped together once the preorder item is ready
Split Shipment Option
If you would like ready stock items to be shipped first, we offer a split shipment option for an additional USD 25. Please contact us before placing your order or as soon as possible after purchase to arrange this service.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
Changes After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, modified, or expedited.

3. Remote Shipping Regions
All other countries and remote delivery areas fall under this category.
Estimated delivery time:
- 20–40 business days

- Free shipping is not available for remote shipping regions
- Some remote addresses may not be serviceable
- Additional shipping charges may apply through Global Mail Service
- Orders that are undeliverable due to remote location limitations may not be eligible for refund

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after shipment.
Customers are responsible for:
- Monitoring tracking updates
- Ensuring successful delivery
- Contacting the shipping carrier when necessary
Packages that are not collected from a local pickup point, delivery office, or customs location are not refundable.
Full Satisfaction Guarantee
For readily available items, if shipping takes more than 35 business days, you may request one of the following:
- A full refund (upon return of the item), or
- A free replacement
Exceptions
This guarantee does not apply in cases of delay caused by:
- Severe weather
- Customs clearance
- Strikes
- Other force majeure events beyond our control
If you choose to return an item under these circumstances, return shipping costs are non-refundable.
